Bio

Stephen Meyer is a Senior Partner, former Managing Partner, and is presently co-chair of the Food & Agriculture Practice.  His principal focus is on the Food & Agriculture sector with an emphasis on the environmental, finance, and business litigation issues that arise within that sector.  Within Food & Agriculture he has handled matters involving dairies, cattle feeding, pesticides, crop damage, fertilizer regulation and competition, egg producers, and finance, among others.  He has also represented clients in a wide variety of other areas including those in agriculture, timber products, banking, oil and gas, pipeline distribution, real estate development, shopping centers, as well as representing public entities.  In recent years, he has expanded his practice into alternative dispute resolution, bringing his experience as litigator and mediator, to helping parties resolve business, commercial and environmental disputes.
