Joy Peng advises private and public agency clients on a broad range of matters, including Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act, Sustainable Groundwater Management Act, CEQA, and other water supply issues.
She also helps set up mutual water companies, drafting articles of incorporation and bylaws, and navigates clients through the securities law implication of creating a mutual water company. As a former federal district court law clerk, Joy has significant trial and Clean Water Act experience, and can provide her clients with a different and helpful perspective during trial preparation.
