  • Served as second chair in a Financial Elder Abuse trial in which client was awarded 1.2 million in judgment.
  • Demurred to a Complaint against client resulting in the Plaintiff dismissing their complaint.
  • Defended trustee against an undue influence claim brought by a trust beneficiary, resulting in a dismissal of the Petition against client.

Morgan played competitive soccer through college and still plays in several leagues throughout Sacramento. She enjoys the endless outdoor activities Sacramento has to offer and regularly explores new running trails with her Australian Shepherd, Daisy. More than anything, she cherishes spending time with family and friends and cheering them on in all their endeavors.
