Ava J. Sutton

Ava Sutton is a tenacious general litigator dedicated to delivering exceptional legal representation in every case she handles. A Sacramento native, she is passionate about securing the best possible outcomes for clients across Northern California and beyond.

Ava graduated first in her class from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she developed a solid foundation in legal writing and oral advocacy. She also excelled as a member of McGeorge’s moot court team, competing nationally and earning high marks, including the Top Oralist Award at the American Bar Association National Moot Court Competition in 2024. Additionally, during law school, Ava externed for the Honorable Troy L. Nunley of the Eastern District of California, further refining her research and writing skills.

Recognized for her preparedness and desire to go above and beyond, Ava pairs her determination with a deep understanding of the law to achieve successful outcomes, no matter how complex the challenge.
