Senior Associate

Hannah Shakin advises individuals and families on all aspects of estate planning, trust administration, and probate proceedings.

Hannah is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law. Her practice is concentrated on the creation and development of highly tailored and comprehensive estate plans, with an emphasis on addressing each client’s individual needs and concerns. This can include revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, and powers of attorney, with a focus on minimizing estate, property, and income tax exposure. Hannah’s clients appreciate her explanations and with her guidance are able to resolve challenging planning issues.

Hannah grew up in a military family and over the years has called 6 different states and 3 different countries home. Outside of the office Hannah’s days are occupied keeping up with her young son, Asher. Hannah is a board member of the Active 20-30 Club of Greater Sacramento #1032 and currently chairs the club’s scholarship committee. She is an avid fan of traveling, stand up paddle boarding, and eating great food that someone else prepared.
