Katlyn has experience assisting clients with company governance, transition matters, and real estate development documents, including title reviews, commercial real estate leases, and purchase and sale agreements. Katlyn’s practice also involves entity formation for cooperatives and nonprofit companies. Additionally, Katlyn enjoys assisting food companies, wineries, and farmers in navigating compliance with California’s complex regulatory environment.

Katlyn was raised working on her family’s blueberry farm, where she developed a passion for food and agriculture. During her time in San Luis Obispo, she became intrigued by the legal issues surrounding food and agriculture, including wine law. Katlyn subsequently became involved in the Wine Law and Business Law  program at UC Davis School of Law where she served on the board. Katlyn enjoys any time spent outdoors, with her dog, and with her family.
