Brian Aton is a strong advocate for his clients, helping them navigate litigation and bankruptcy matters.
Before joining the firm, Brian served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jennifer E. Niemann of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of California.
Brian received his law degree from Georgia State University College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During law school, Brian competed internationally as part of a commercial arbitration moot competition team. He also interned with Judge Kimberly M. Esmond Adams of Fulton County Superior Court and worked extensively with the HeLP Legal Services Clinic assisting families facing legal problems threatening health improvement and access to care.
Originally from Arizona, Brian received his Bachelor of Arts degrees from Arizona State University.
