  • Calendaring
  • Scheduling
  • Filing documents
  • Entering expense reimbursements for a variety of personnel

  • Ability to learn how to prepare drafts of shells for legal documents
  • Performing clerical duties related to the above tasks

In addition, this position requires a demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, Document Management and Time Entry. Candidates must also have the ability to prepare and execute electronic and paper court filings. Exceptional organizational, file management and proofreading skills are a must. The ability to maintain client confidentiality and the ability to communicate in a professional manner are mandatory for this position.
