Bailie Sirhall helps clients with complex water-rights litigation, encompassing surface and groundwater rights.
Bailie’s practice centers on groundwater adjudications and basin-wide allocation disputes, representing private and public clients. She assists in developing litigation strategies tailored to client needs in matters involving priority determinations and imported water claims. As a water resources attorney with a background in biology, she is proficient in understanding both the technical and statutory foundations of water law. Bailie’s practice interests span the full spectrum of water and natural resources issues, including compliance and state-level water planning.
