Bradley Emmerson is a compassionate and enthusiastic civil litigator who approaches client goals with a business-focus to efficiently navigate regulations and resolve disputes.

His prior job experience is diverse, including working in the forests of Northern California, performing various administrative functions throughout the Bay Area, and managing worldwide remote tech support out of Southern California. Bradley has most recently worked on matters of complex litigation involving contract disputes, trademark infringement, and employment law, and enjoys applying his love of reading towards matters of law to best serve clients’ interests.

  • Assisted in corporate restructuring and housekeeping to ensure non-profit compliance with the California Franchise Tax Board, Internal Revenue Service, and California Secretary of State.
