Prop 65: What Happens in California Isn’t Staying in California

Presenter, Western Agricultural and Environmental Law Conference

Join Downey Brand partner Sophie Castillo and associate Alexandra Lizano on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 10:45 – 11:45 am at the Western Agricultural and Environmental Law Conference for a panel discussion highlighting Proposition 65. Sophie and Ally will be presenting alongside Emily Goswami, Certified Industrial Hygienist and Technical Director of Roux Inc.

This inaugural program is part of a long-term effort by the National Agricultural Law Center to provide relevant and timely agricultural and environmental legal research and information to attorneys, lenders, land managers and farm appraisers, accountants, tax consultants, students, and other agricultural professionals involved in and impacted by the agricultural industry in the western U.S. The goal is to provide a premiere legal education program combined with networking opportunities that ultimately help strengthen the agricultural industry.

In addition, Downey Brand attorneys Nicole Granquist, Rebecca Smith, Robert Soran, and Dale Stern will be presenting at the main conference on May 4-5, 2023.
