U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes to List Long Valley Speckled Dace as an Endangered Species

On August 8, 2024, the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) issued a Proposed Rule to list the Long Valley speckled dace as an endangered species under the federal Endangered Species Act (ESA). The Proposed Rule does not, however, designate any critical habitat for the Long Valley speckled dace.
