Suisun City Accepts California Forever’s Application for the Suisun Expansion Project

On October 8, 2025, the real estate development corporation known as California Forever submitted an application for the 2,700-acre Suisun City to annex 22,873 acres of unincorporated Solano County farmland into the city’s limits. The application includes details on how California Forever plans to develop these acres into a proposed city capable of housing approximately 400,000 people. Now that Suisun City has accepted the application, California Forever will begin the more detailed planning stages for annexation, including an environmental impact report and water use plan.
