Shapiro to Provide Keynote Address at Leveraging for Levees Symposium

Downey Brand Partner Scott Shapiro will be the keynote speaker at the “Leveraging for Levees” event on November 4, 2014, in Portland, Oregon.  As a leading authority on levee improvement projects, Shapiro will discuss how states have addressed certification and accreditation issues.

The event is hosted by Oregon Solutions and partners from the Columbia Levee Repair and Accreditation Project.
