Danielle Nafekh Elected Treasurer of the Sacramento County Bar Association’s Probate & Estate Planning Law Section

Downey Brand is proud to announce that Danielle (Dani) Nafekh has been elected Treasurer of the Sacramento County Bar Association’s Probate & Estate Planning Law Section.

As Treasurer, Dani will serve on the Section’s executive committee and help support its programs and activities for probate and estate planning practitioners throughout Sacramento County. Her election follows a recent two-year term on the Board of Directors of SCBA’s Barristers’ Division, reflecting her continued leadership and involvement within the local bar.

Dani is an associate in Downey Brand’s litigation department, where she represents clients in all aspects of trust and estate disputes, including trust contests, estate litigation, beneficiary rights matters, and financial elder abuse claims. She is known for her thoughtful, strategic approach and her ability to guide clients through complex and often emotionally charged matters with skill and care.
