Stephanie focuses her practice on trusts and estates, including estate planning, trust administration and probate, trust and will contests, fiduciary misconduct, beneficiary rights, and complex estate litigation.
Stephanie is passionate about helping trustees, executors, beneficiaries, heirs, and third parties navigate complex, emotionally charged matters with clarity and care. Her passion for this area of the law lies in its human dimension – working closely with individuals or families during challenging moments. She collaborates effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties to reach practical resolutions, whether through litigation or alternative dispute resolution.
Originally trained abroad, Stephanie has studied the law and lived in three different countries, bringing a unique multi-jurisdictional perspective to her practice.

She previously lived in Gold Coast, Australia, and then in San Francisco before settling in Sacramento’s Midtown, where she enjoys spin classes, planning her next travel adventure, and discovering new restaurants. On weekends, you can often find her at the Midtown Farmers Market, browsing for local treats.
