Marino earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he distinguished himself through strong written and oral advocacy. He was elected to the Order of the Barristers for excellence in advocacy and further strengthened his practical skills through externships with Chief District Court Judge Troy L. Nunley of the Eastern District of California and Superior Court Judge Barbara A. Kronlund. These experiences provided him with meaningful insight into judicial decision-making, courtroom procedure, and effective, strategy-driven advocacy.
