Jennie advises clients across multiple areas of Downey Brand’s transactional practice, including real estate, corporate formation and governance, estate planning, trust administration, and mergers and acquisitions. Drawing on her strong problem-solving skills and continual drive to learn, Jennie crafts tailored strategies that align with each client’s unique objectives. She is committed to professional growth and stays current with the legal and business trends that shape her clients’ industries.

As a recent transplant to the Sacramento area, Jennie is committed to putting down roots, both professionally and personally, and values connecting with clients and contributing to the community she now calls home.

Jennie is an active and engaged member of the legal community, with a focus on both the Bay Area and Sacramento regions. She is passionate about increasing access to legal services and helping individuals find affordable representation. Most recently, she played a key role in KABANC’s efforts to organize its annual pro bono clinic in San Francisco, aimed at helping community members begin the legal paperwork they need without the burden of high legal costs. As a first- and second-year associate, Jennie has continued her involvement on bar association boards and remains committed to giving back through mentorship and community service.
