Jennie advises clients across multiple areas of Downey Brand’s transactional practice, including real estate, corporate formation and governance, estate planning, trust administration, and mergers and acquisitions. Jennie is an active and engaged member of the legal community, with a focus on both the Bay Area and Sacramento regions. She is passionate about increasing access to legal services and helping individuals find affordable representation. Most recently, she played a key role in KABANC’s efforts to organize its annual pro bono clinic in San Francisco, aimed at helping community members begin the legal paperwork they need without the burden of high legal costs. As a first- and second-year associate, Jennie has continued her involvement on bar association boards and remains committed to giving back through mentorship and community service.
