In Brianna Nielsen’s dynamic career, she has swiftly distinguished herself as a versatile attorney. With a prior focus on business and real estate litigation, Brianna now specializes in corporate transactional law.

Brianna’s prior experience has allowed her to seamlessly integrate past expertise into every aspect of corporate governance, transactions, and real estate matters. Brianna is recognized for sharp strategic counsel and analytical skills as she consistently secures favorable results for clients across a diverse range of legal matters.

Brianna earned her J.D. with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. While in law school, Brianna served as an editor for Law Review and was a treasurer of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Club and a member of the Business Law Society. While at McGeorge, she also received a certification in mediation.
