In addition, this position requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, along with experience in document management and time entry. Candidates must be capable of preparing and executing both electronic and paper court filings. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and file management skills, and strong proofreading abilities are essential.

The ideal candidate will maintain strict client confidentiality and communicate professionally, both in writing and verbally. A strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are critical, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The role also demands a positive attitude, effective prioritization, and the ability to perform well under pressure while building strong relationships with attorneys and clients. We offer a hybrid work environment, and all applicable skills must be demonstrated both in and out of the office.
