Commercial Litigation and Bankruptcy Associate
This position will offer the candidate opportunities to work on chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, bankruptcy law and motion practice, contested matters and adversary proceedings, and commercial litigation. A distinguished academic record and exceptional research, writing and verbal communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will have strong public speaking and advocacy skills. Bankruptcy clerkship experience is a plus.
Associate base compensation is determined by class year and substantive experience, and salary for attorneys at the level of experience indicated ranges from $167,000.00-$195,000.00. The firm supports a hybrid work environment with the ability to work remotely part of the time, and provides a relocation bonus for candidates who are not from the area in which the position is based to defray the cost of relocation and accommodate their regular presence in the office.
