Downey Brand attorney David Aladjem is speaking at The American Bar Association's 32nd Annual Water Law Conference on June 5, 2014.  David is a featured panelist for “Water Basins in Crisis: The Role of the Federal Government in Basin-Wide Water Management.”  The panel will debate the role the federal government might play in basin-wide water management, especially in interstate and international water basins. The speakers will also address shortage issues including the role of climate change; interstate conflicts; international concerns; tribal issues; and the existing federal nexus including reclamation projects, international treaties and federal water rights.
