Join Downey Brand water law partner Kevin O’Brien at 10:45 am on Thursday, June 6, 2024, for a panel discussion at the 2024 SGMA Implementation Summit & Workshop. Alongside Russ McGlothlin (O’Melveny) and Eric Garner (Best Best & Krieger), and with moderation from Tom Henderson (Eastern MWD), Kevin will discuss how adjudication may or may not fit into long-term groundwater management, the ability for SGMA to be an endpoint itself, and the pros and cons of different paths.

This 2-day conference is joint-hosted by the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA) and the Groundwater Resources Association of California (GRA) and features two keynote presentations, several panel discussions, and ample networking opportunities to connect and mingle with other SGMA practitioners.
