Presenter, CalCIMA 2015 Education Conference

Downey Brand Partner Christian Marsh will be presenting at the California Construction and Industrial Materials Association (CalCIMA) 2015 Education Conference in Monterey on November 17, 2015.  Christian's presentation, "Recent Developments in the Regulation of Streams and Surrounding Resources," will explore recent court of appeal decisions applying the public trust doctrine to groundwater and Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to existing water rights.   The presentation will also discuss trends in the assertion of the public trust doctrine by project opponents and regulatory agencies to regulate land use.
