  • Wage and Hour –  State and local wage changes, including the ever-increasing California minimum wage, day of rest issues, direct contractor liability and the status of the federal white-collar exemption
  • Discrimination – New harassment training requirements and definitions
  • Leaves – New baby bonding rules
  • Immigration – New rules for California employers responding to federal immigration inquiries
