Panelist, CCPUC Annual Meeting

Join Downey Brand counsel Thomas MacBride on May 6, 2024 for a one-hour panel discussion alongside Candace Morey, CPUC Assistant General Counsel, addressing recent appellate activity related to the CPUC. Katy Morsony, Legislative and Assistant Managing Attorney at TURN, will be moderating.

Approximately 9 hours of MCLE Credit will be offered, including 1.5 hours on Ethics/Elimination of Bias Credit. This conference will include a day and half of panels covering the hottest topics in energy, transportation, water, telecommunications, and ethical issues of artificial intelligence in legal and regulatory practice.
