Panelist, Floodplain Management Association's 2019 Annual Conference

Downey Brand partner Andrea Clark will be traveling to San Diego to participate in a legal panel at the 2019 Floodplain Management Association’s Annual Conference September 3-6. Andrea will be joined by other floodplain management industry leaders in discussing the intricacies of the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and how it overlaps with the National Flood Insurance Program.

The panel will be moderated by Gregor Blackburn of FEMA. Andrea will be joined on the panel by Julia Gillespie, an Environmental Protection Specialist at FEMA Region IX as well as Daven Patel from the Strategic Alliance for Risk Reduction (STARR II).
