Alongside Keali’i’ Bright (CA Department of Conservation), James Fisher (Mid-Kaweah GSA), Stephanie Anagnoson (Madera County), and with moderation from Adam Hutchinson (Orange County Water District), Rebecca will discuss the different approaches to demand management, from groundwater allocation programs to changes in land use and creative use of different sources of water.
