- New AI regulations under California’s FEHA involving the use of automated decision systems (ADS)

- Other changes impacting discrimination and harassment laws, including new notice requirements, majority member discrimination, and employer responses to complaints
- Wage and Hour updates, including good faith, meal period waivers, and Equal Pay Act amendments
