Downey Brand Named a 2026 Best Place to Work by Sacramento Business Journal

Downey Brand is proud to announce that it was named a 2026 Best Place to Work by the Sacramento Business Journal in the “large company” category, representing companies with 150-499 employees. This is the firm’s ninth consecutive year of recognition as one of the region’s Best Places to Work.

Each year, the Sacramento Business Journal partners with employee engagement company Quantum Workplace to recognize local employers that have created outstanding workplace cultures. Honorees are selected based on confidential employee surveys measuring areas such as team dynamics, trust in leadership, communication, and overall workplace satisfaction, with only the region’s top-scoring companies earning recognition as a Best Place to Work.
