ELI 12th Annual Western Boot Camp on Environmental Law

Downey Brand partner Brian Cragg will present at ELI’s 12th Annual Western Boot Camp on Environmental Law, taking place live in San Francisco on May 1-3, 2024. Designed for new and seasoned lawyers, this intensive three-day course explores the substance and practice of environmental law, including the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, climate change, energy law, environmental enforcement, and so much more.

In his energy law presentation, Brian will discuss his collaboration with the various agencies and entities shaping California’s energy landscape, combining robust governmental regulations with competitive market mechanisms, and illustrate how these agencies work together to achieve California’s ambitious clean-energy objectives.
