U.S Army Senior Research Scientist for Environmental Science, Dr. Todd Bridges, will begin the session by discussing what drives communities to take nature-based approaches on projects and how they’re being successfully implemented. Following Dr. Bridges remarks, Scott will moderate a panel discussion of local and state agency representatives.
