Max W. Thiele

Max Thiele brings a thoughtful, pragmatic approach to advising clients on a wide range of environmental and natural resource matters.

Max assists clients with regulatory compliance and litigation, representing entities ranging from small, family-owned businesses to large public agencies in connection with complex environmental laws and regulations. He has experience working with regulatory frameworks administered by the State Water Resources Control Board, the California Air Resources Board, and local air quality management districts.

As an environmental attorney with a background in business, Max brings a practical perspective to complex regulatory and litigation matters to help clients achieve their goals. While attending law school at Chapman University, Max was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team, competing in negotiation competitions in San Diego and New Orleans.
