Weston Rockers is a transactional attorney with a practice focused primarily on real estate law.  

He has experience representing tenants, landlords, developers, and lending institutions across a broad range of specialties, with an emphasis in commercial leasing, purchase and sale, and acquisition and development finance transactions.  Additionally, he has expertise representing lending institutions through his handling of dozens of project finance transactions, most of which have involved major real estate acquisition and development projects.  He also has a background in corporate law counseling clients related to entity formation and business and asset purchase and sale transactions.
