This is Jeff’s third year being recognized as a JD Supra Top Author for his writing on trust/estate litigation. Jeff created, edits, and contributes to Trust on Trial, a leading blog on California trust and estate litigation that has gained prominence as an educational resource for lawyers and members of the public. In addition, he serves on the Executive Committee of the Trusts and Estates Section of the California Lawyers Association, where he is a co-host of the “Trust Me!” podcast. He also speaks frequently on trust and estate disputes to audiences of lawyers and related professionals.

She publishes a quarterly update  dubbed Proposition 65: Trends and Highlights with her colleague Patrick and is a frequent presenter on Proposition 65 issues for trade associations, including the California Grocers Association, Association of Food Industries, and the Specialty Food Association.
