Ashley Boulton’s practice is primarily focused on general business and food and agriculture litigation. She has significant experience representing clients through all phases of civil litigation from intake through trial, including preparation of pleadings, discovery, pre-trial motion practice, trial preparation, trial, and appeal in both state and federal court. With an eye toward practical and cost-effective solutions, Ashley also regularly counsels clients on remedies available pre-litigation and assists them in navigating the complex state and federal statutes and regulations facing their businesses. Ashley joined the firm in 2012 as a first-year associate. She earned her J.D., with great distinction, from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2012 and a B.A. in Law and Society, with honors, from University of California at Santa Barbara in 2008.
David Cameron is a water rights attorney. His litigation practice is focused on securing and protecting surface and groundwater rights in state and federal court, as well as before the State Water Resources Control Board. Additionally, David provides counsel regarding the purchase and sale of water rights, groundwater management and banking, and environmental and endangered species issues. He represents public agencies including water districts, irrigation districts, cities, counties, as well as investors and agricultural interests, statewide. David has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers each year since 2014. David earned his J.D. from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2011, receiving Order of the Coif, and dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of California at Berkeley in 2003.
