Wiemond Wu focuses on delivering clients clever, cost-effective, and concrete solutions in a wide range of litigation disputes.

As a litigator, Wiemond relies on his experience handling a wide range of cases dealing with real property, land use, business entities, employment, construction defect, and trust and estates. Wiemond also assists clients by administering trusts and counseling non-profit organizations in the food and agriculture industry. His breadth of experience places him in an advantageous position that allows him to effectively assess and analyze different claims and weed out meritless allegations in any legal context.

Wiemond’s sharp legal analysis helps him to draft demand letters, discovery, and briefs during all stages of litigation in both trial and appellate levels across California state and federal courts. Recently, Wiemond’s assistance in a matter resulted in a complete reversal at the California Supreme Court in our client’s favor.

Before practice, Wiemond was recognized as his graduating class’s Top Oral Advocate and for writing a Best Appellate Brief in the school-wide moot court competition. Wiemond also served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Kimberly J. Mueller at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.

Wiemond enjoys spending his free time with family and friends and traveling around the world. On weekends, Wiemond and his girlfriend enjoy playing with their new dog, Addie. Wiemond is also a proud first-generation Chinese-American and the first in his family to graduate college and law school.
