Corporate Transactional Associate
Strong writing, analytical and interpersonal skills are essential. Qualified candidates will also have a distinguished academic record. Associate base compensation is determined by class year and substantive experience, and salary for attorneys at the level of experience desired ranges from $167,000.00-$185,000.00. To be considered for this position, the candidate must be a current, active member of the California State Bar Association and be willing to relocate if not currently based in the greater Sacramento area. The firm supports a hybrid work environment for attorneys and staff.
