Michelle’s clients benefit from her extensive legal experience and her empathetic, common-sense approach to complex and sensitive family law issues.
Michelle is experienced in all areas of family law, including dissolution of marriage, legal separation, asset division and characterization, child and spousal support, child custody, pre-marital agreements, and domestic violence. She particularly enjoys cases involving complex asset valuation and support calculation. While her goal is to resolve every case amicably and efficiently, she is a skilled litigator and an effective advocate for her clients, both in and out of the courtroom.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and attending concerts and theater shows. She can often be found in the yoga studio or getting her heart broken by the Sacramento Kings.
