Senior Associate

Kimberly Gambrall is a transactional attorney who focuses on commercial real estate, business transactions, and agricultural land.

Kim works with developers, investors, brokers, and property owners to close deals on the acquisition and sale of shopping centers, buildings, and agricultural land. She represents property managers, landlords, and tenants entering retail, office, industrial, and agricultural leases or amending current lease agreements. Kim also previously spent years working for her family owned and operated agribusiness wherein she gained industry knowledge of business operations and property management. Her unique perspective and understanding assists growers, farmers, and ranchers plan for continued success of their livelihoods and brings added value to help business owners achieve desired results.

  • Assisted in the acquisition and disposition of retail shopping centers, office buildings, single tenant investment properties, industrial buildings and agricultural land.
  • Represented landlords and tenants in connection with the negotiation, preparation and amendment of retail, office, industrial and agricultural leases.
  • Assisted developer through real estate matters related to development of 75 acre mixed used project, including the acquisition, subdivision, entitlement, and disposition of property.
  • Prepared agricultural leases for perennial and annual crops.
  • Prepared easement and license agreements for various rights and uses.
  • Assisted in negotiation and documentation of an agricultural easement for use by a city in a development project.

Business

  • Assisted in the stock sale of a multigenerational construction company with a purchase price totaling over $30 million.
  • Organized and formed dozens of entities including limited liability companies (LLCs), corporations, and nonprofit organizations.
  • Advised and assisted businesses in corporate restructuring and revising and updating shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements, and operating agreements.
  • Represented clients in the sale or purchase of businesses, including construction companies, restaurants, and professional practices.
  • Prepared and documented large family owned winery’s collateralization for secured transactions.

As the daughter of a third generation almond farmer, Kimberly was raised working for her family operated agribusiness. For over a decade, she managed the multi-ranch peach harvest operations. She then attended law school where she pursued business transactional law. Outside of the office, Kimberly enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring the outdoors—whether it’s a walk, run, hike or on the water—and traveling. Her favorite days are those spent with her husband and young daughter.
