James Wigginton is a third-generation Sacramento native with experience handling high-stakes transactions for clients at home and across the globe.

James advises on a wide variety of corporate matters, including mergers, asset sales, debt and equity financings, compliance with federal securities laws and corporate governance. His clients have included multinational enterprises in North America, Europe and Asia, investment banks, private equity funds and family-owned businesses. Regardless of a transaction’s size or scope, James seeks for commercial solutions that achieve his client’s goals while building trust with the counterparty.

James is delighted to be back in his hometown after spending sixteen years in Ukraine, England, New York, Utah, Los Angeles and the Bay Area. He enjoys distance running, rowing and reading economics, but his favorite activity is being a father to four young children (who now live much closer to their grandparents).
