Holly Tokar helps clients solve complex water rights and environmental matters with her sharp analytical skills, creative thinking, and absolute dedication.

Holly’s practice encompasses a broad range of matters including surface and groundwater rights, flood liability and protection, endangered species issues, and CEQA and NEPA compliance. Serving both public and private clients, Holly understands that each client has unique goals and definitions of success. Combining big picture perspective with a detail-oriented approach, Holly helps propel clients on a successful path forward.

In her spare time, Holly loves to run, cycle, swim, and play card games. Her perfect day would involve hiking in the mountains with her family and golden retriever, Denver. Holly is an avid fan of both the UC Davis Aggies and the Colorado Buffalos. She holds the UC Davis school record in the pole vault, which she set during her four years on the UC Davis Track & Field team.
