Holly’s practice encompasses a broad range of matters including surface and groundwater rights, flood liability and protection, endangered species issues, and CEQA and NEPA compliance. In her spare time, Holly loves to run, cycle, swim, and play card games. Her perfect day would involve hiking in the mountains with her family and golden retriever, Denver. Holly is an avid fan of both the UC Davis Aggies and the Colorado Buffaloes. She holds the UC Davis school record in the pole vault, which she set during her four years on the UC Davis Track & Field team.
