Dustin Amrein is an experienced litigation attorney representing contractors, subcontractors, owners, and material suppliers in complex construction and real estate disputes.
Dustin regularly assists clients in actions involving mechanics liens, stop notices, construction delays, and construction defects disputes. He also represents commercial real estate clients through easement and quiet title actions, encroachment disputes, breach of lease and unlawful detainer actions, and complex contract disputes.

- Represented several real estate purchasers in non-disclosure of material defects actions, including obtaining a favorable arbitration award for a purchaser in excess of $100,000.00.
- Defended owners in code enforcement hearings involving violations of the municipal codes related to building permits.
- Represented commercial landlord in lease dispute, quite title, and specific performance action.
- Represented commercial landlords in every aspect of unlawful detainer actions, including trial and enforcement of judgment.
- Assisted commercial landlords in recovery and disposition of abandoned property.
- Represented client counsel in a partnership dispute involving real property ownership, which resulted in a favorable settlement through dispute resolution.
- Represented several national banks, Fortune 500 companies, and clients in the collection of outstanding debts and the enforcement judgments.
