With almost 20 years of litigation experience, Alexis Ortega brings a wealth of legal expertise to her current practice representing individual beneficiaries, trustees, executors, and other fiduciaries in trust and estate litigation.

Alexis has honed her skills in navigating the complexities of trust and estate disputes with precision and dedication. Her expertise extends to handling a wide range of matters, including contested wills, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and disputes over trust administration. Whether advocating in court or negotiating settlements out of the courtroom, Alexis understands the sensitive nature of trust and estate matters and is committed to providing personalized attention and tailored solutions to meet her client’s unique needs.

Drawing on her background in international law and prior experience as an Assistant Attorney General for the Republic of Palau, where she advised on a wide range of legal issues, including regulatory compliance, foreign business, and corporate tax issues, Alexis offers a unique perspective that enriches her practice and allows her to provide an expanded range of services to her clients.

Alexis graduated from law school in 2006 with a Certificate of Distinction in International Law and holds an LL.M. in International Law and American Legal Practice from Loyola Law School. In addition to being licensed in California, Alexis is also a British Solicitor.
