Senior Associate
Cameron advises and defends clients regarding all aspects of federal, state, and local employment laws. Using a common sense approach, Cameron helps clients navigate the intricate nuances of employment law in California to achieve outstanding results, assist clients’ business goals, and strategically resolve lawsuits.
In his litigation practice, Cameron defends clients in all types of employment-related claims, including harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour class actions, among others.
In his counseling practice, Cameron advises clients on all aspects of employment law, including personnel decisions, leave interactions, and compliance with the ever-changing California employment landscape. Cameron also assists clients in drafting expertly tailored employment policies, agreements, and employee handbooks in compliance with all relevant state and federal law.
