Aric Codog cares about his clients and community. His goal is to help clients navigate and understand today’s complex regulatory legal environment and offer creative solutions.
Aric has a diverse background – he grew up in an agricultural community and, prior to joining Downey Brand, worked in the food industry, trained in analytical sciences, and worked for the Sacramento Agricultural Commissioner’s Office and the Sacramento Municipal Utility District. His wealth of experience allows him to approach issues from a variety of perspectives to ensure practical and desirable results.
Aric assists clients with a range of corporate and real estate transactions including entity formation, corporate governance, purchase and sale agreements, and lease agreements.
