Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, consistent with the firm’s policies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
• Monitor and manage conference room schedules using the firm’s software programs.
• Ensure conference rooms are clean and properly prepared for meetings.
• Perform routine clerical duties, including scanning incoming mail.
• Follow established procedures for handling subpoenas and service thereof.
• Provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with other team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment.
• Impeccable grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary Range: $47,000 to $60,000, DOE
• Excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
