Human Resources Generalist
Position requires experience processing payroll (familiarity with ADP preferred), accurate typing, word processing and proficiency with MS Office applications, including Office 2016, Windows 10, Excel and Outlook. Candidate must be proficient in Excel. The person hired for this position will need to quickly learn to use programs such as LawCruit, Top Performance, CE Manager, Sage and Chrome River. Must have a positive attitude, strong written and verbal communication skills (including good knowledge of English language, grammar and spelling, as well as the ability to accurately proofread documents), excellent attendance and punctuality, a strong work ethic and be detail oriented, highly organized and have the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. Law Firm experience is a plus but not necessary.
