Billing Clerk
Must have a positive attitude, strong written and verbal communication skills, impeccable attendance and punctuality, a strong work ethic, and be highly organized and detail-oriented. Individual must have the ability to work as part of a team and assist in other tasks as assigned.
Education: Some college preferred. Minimum of 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience, preferably in a law firm.
Skills Required: Ability to accurately type 60 wpm. Good knowledge of the English language, grammar, spelling, and the ability to accurately proofread documents. Experience with Outlook Office Suite, including Excel, is strongly preferred. Effective communication skills and ability to work well with clients, staff and attorneys. Ability to set priorities and to work under pressure is a plus.
