Kathryn Oehlschlager is quoted in The Recorder regarding the high-profile legal battle between the Warriors and the Mission Bay Alliance over a 12-acre site in San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighborhood. The Warriors are eying the site for a new 18,000-seat arena, whereas the Alliance is intent on blocking the arena project in favor of securing the land for a future bioscience development. She is quoted in regard to the impending CEQA lawsuits.
